How to Make Gelato Ice Cream with a Commercial Gelato Machine?

  1. Prepare the gelato ice cream mix
  2. Fill the gelato ice cream mix into the freezing cylinder. Generally, not over 60% and not less 30% of the freezing cylinder. make it half of the freezing cylinder is recommended
  3. Power on the machine
  4. Activate the auto ice cream making mode
  5. Wait around 10~15 minutes, until the freezing time reach the target preset freezing time, or until the freezing temperature reach the target preset freezing temperature, the machine will stop working automatically
  6. Place a pre-freeze ice cream container (GN pan or drum) under the ice cream discharge hole
  7. Open the ice cream discharge hole, activate the ice cream discharge mode, let the gelato ice cream discharge from the freezing cylinder
  8. Until no more gelato ice cream discharging out, cancel the discharge mode. close the discharge hole
  9. Open the freezing cylinder cover, use a spatular to scrape out the remaing gelato ice cream from the freezing cylinder if there is any. Close the freezing cylinder cover.
  10. Continue the production of the 2nd batch.
