How to make bingsu with commercial bingsu machine?

Prepare the bingsu mix.
Fill the bingsu mix into the mix bottle
Put the bingsu snow ice collection tray under the freezing roller
Power on the machine
Pre-freeze the freezing roller
Until the freezing roller well pre-frozen, covering a layer of white frost. Plug the mix bottle into the mix tray to let the mix flow into the mix tray
When the freezing roller take contact with the mix in the mix tray, the bingsu mix will be frozen into ice immeditaly
The ice scraper scrape the ice from the freezing roller
Collect the bingsu snow ice
Add the desired sauces and toppings on the bingsu snow ice
Serve to the customers and enjoy
