Hard ice cream machine, suitable for large-scale production of a variety of ice cream flavors. Typically, at least one ice cream freezer is required. You can use ice cream powder or ice cream liquid mix to make ice cream. It is suitable for making scooped ice cream, cup or tub ice cream. The single batch production time is about 15 minutes. After the ice cream is dispensed from the ice cream machine, it needs to be further frozen in the ice cream freezer until the ice cream is frozen to about -18 degrees Celsius, and then it can be displayed for sale in an ice cream display case or transported to other selling locations for sale. Before storing and freezing the ice cream in a commercial freezer, if hardening in a blast freezer at about -40 degrees Celsius for about 10 to 15 minutes will result in better texture and flavor of the ice cream.
