How Do You Properly Use the Dough Sheeter?
Follow this streamlined guide to leverage the full power of the reversible function for maximum efficiency.
- Preparation: Ensure the machine is clean and on a stable surface. Lightly flour the conveyor belts.
- Set Initial Thickness: Adjust the roller gap to your starting thickness using the calibrated handle.
- First Pass: Place your dough on the entry belt and start the machine. Allow the dough to pass completely through the rollers.
- Utilize the Reversible Function: Instead of manually carrying the dough back, simply use the control to reverse the belt’s direction. The dough will automatically travel back towards you for the next pass.
- Fold, Rotate & Reduce Thickness: After the dough returns, you can easily fold or rotate it (e.g., 90 degrees for lamination). Then, slightly decrease the roller gap to the next desired thickness.
- Continue the Process: Repeat the process—passing the dough back and forth using the reversible function and reducing the thickness with each cycle—until your ideal dough sheet is achieved.
- Completion & Cleaning: Once finished, power down the machine and perform the standard cleaning procedures.
