- Throttling device: capillary tube or expansion valve. Capillary tube is more economic. Expansion valve is more efficient refrigeration. The orifice of the expansion valve could be adjusted to adjust the machine refrigeration performance if necessary. The capillary tube could not be adjusted.
- Power of blending motor
- Power of fan.
- The freezing time required for making one batch. Generally, the bigger power compressor, the shorter freezing time.
- Material and thickness of the freezing cylinder material
- Material and thickness of the machine’s shell and support frame
