- Prepare the gelato ice cream mix
- Fill the gelato ice cream mix into the freezing cylinder. Generally, not over 60% and not less 30% of the freezing cylinder. make it half of the freezing cylinder is recommended
- Power on the machine
- Activate the auto ice cream making mode
- Wait around 10~15 minutes, until the freezing time reach the target preset freezing time, or until the freezing temperature reach the target preset freezing temperature, the machine will stop working automatically
- Place a pre-freeze ice cream container (GN pan or drum) under the ice cream discharge hole
- Open the ice cream discharge hole, activate the ice cream discharge mode, let the gelato ice cream discharge from the freezing cylinder
- Until no more gelato ice cream discharging out, cancel the discharge mode. close the discharge hole
- Open the freezing cylinder cover, use a spatular to scrape out the remaing gelato ice cream from the freezing cylinder if there is any. Close the freezing cylinder cover.
- Continue the production of the 2nd batch.
