The YD-FTD flat glass series combines a clean, modern flat-top design with reliable commercial freezing performance. The flat glass lid is easy to wipe clean and gives customers a clear view of every flavor.
All models use a direct cooling system and a digital temperature controller, keeping products at a stable -12°C to -22°C (10.4°F to -7.6°F). The stainless steel body is durable, hygienic and easy to clean.
Three sizes are available. The YD-FTD-85L holds four 5L pans and suits cafés and small dessert counters. The YD-FTD-95L also holds four 5L pans, with a wider, slimmer body for narrow counters. The YD-FTD-125L holds six 5L pans for shops that want a larger flavor selection.
