Product Description

The YD-FT-R series floor standing cake showcase is designed for food service businesses that need to keep cakes chilled while displaying them attractively. The curved glass front and LED lighting give customers a clear view of cakes, mousses, cheesecakes and pastries.

A ventilated cooling system circulates cold air through the cabinet and holds the temperature between 2°C and 8°C (35.6°F–46.4°F). A digital controller shows the cabinet temperature, and the automatic defrost function reduces routine maintenance.

Double tempered glass provides strength and thermal insulation. Each shelf and the top have their own LED lighting, so every tier is well lit. The two glass shelves are adjustable, so you can arrange the interior for whole cakes, slices or boxed products.

The series comes in four widths, from 913 mm to 1813 mm (36.0″–71.4″), with gross capacities from 270 L to 570 L. All models share the same height of 1205 mm (47.4″) and depth of 685 mm (27.0″).

Four castors, two of them with brakes, let you move the unit and clean underneath it.
