The YD-FT series is a refrigerated bakery display case for shops that sell cakes, pastries and desserts. The curved front glass gives customers a wide, clear view of the products and suits modern shop interiors. Two adjustable glass shelves let you arrange cakes, mousse cups, sandwiches and desserts of different heights.
Whether you need a bakery display case for a retail shop, a pastry display case for a café or a dessert display case for a restaurant, the four sizes cover small to large display needs. Each model is a complete bakery refrigerator with its own cooling system, so no separate refrigeration equipment is required.
The ventilated cooling system distributes cold air evenly across the shelves. Automatic defrost reduces daily maintenance. Four castors, two of them with brakes, make the cabinet easy to move for cleaning and keep it stable once locked.
